Connor Wong (hamstring) could be ready for Opening Day, according to manager Alex Cora. (MLB.com)
Wong hasn't appeared in a game so far this Spring, but when asked about the situation, Cora seemed optimistic, saying that "Right now, we believe there’s a shot for him to be ready for the end of camp and be ready to play." He is in competition with Reese McGuire and Jorge Alfaro for opportunities behind the plate, so he certainly wants to be out there for the start of the season.
