Hunter Gaddis allowed four runs over 3 2/3 innings of work in a 9-4 win over the Mariners on Friday. Gaddis struck out four, walked one, and allowed five hits in the start.
Fantasy Impact:
Gaddis was inserted into the rotation to take Triston McKenzie's turn but didn't fare well against Seattle on Friday. Gaddis picked up just five swinging strikes on 70 pitches and departed too early to qualify for the win. He is lined up to face off against Oakland on Wednesday although Gaddis should be avoided for fantasy purposes.
