Nathan Eovaldi earned the win on Saturday and added six strikeouts over five innings while allowing three earned runs, two walks, and six hits, in the 16-3 victory over the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
The veteran made his first start for the Rangers after signing a two-year contract in the offseason. He should be a strong source of strikeouts this year, and should see his ERA take a dip with the more favourable home ballpark now that he is out of Fenway Park. He is primed for a solid season as long as he can stay healthy.
