Will Smith (0-1) earned his fourth save of the year after one and a third shutout innings, allowing one walk and one hit with one strikeout in the 6-4 win over the Diamondbacks.

Smith earned another save opportunity for the Rangers, and he slammed the door again. It seems as though he is firmly entrenched as the team's primary closer over Jose Leclerc now, and he deserves to be rostered universally right now. Smith improved to four saves and four holds on the year, with an ERA of 1.69, a 0.94 WHIP, and 12 strikeouts in 10.2 innings.
