Fantasy Impact:
On the same day star outfielder Cedric Mullins hit the injured list with a groin injury, the O's quickly signed Hicks to a major-league contract. While Hicks stumbled to a .188 average with just one homer and zero steals with the Yankees this season, he could see significant playing time as long as Mullins is sidelined, which should be weeks at the very least.
