Tapia took over for the sick Alex Verdugo out of the leadoff spot and in right field Tuesday but will be back on the bench with Verdugo back in the lineup on Wednesday. He's enjoying a solid season with a .277 average, five stolen bases, and a .727 OPS across 36 appearances on the season.
