Fantasy Impact:
Just yesterday, deGrom was transferred to the 60-day IL, which pushed his earliest return date to June 28. In a devastating follow-up, it turns out deGrom will miss the rest of the season and most of, if not all of the 2024 campaign as well. It's an absolute worst-case scenario for both the player and the club after the flame-thrower inked a five-year megadeal with the Rangers this winter while he posted a 2.67 ERA and 39.1% K% in his six starts this season.
