Fantasy Impact:
While Orioles skipper Brandon Hyde said there's a "very low level of concern" given tests on Voth's elbow came back clean, he will be shut down for one week. The right-hander has dealt with the issue for much of the season while he owns a 4.94 ERA across 23 appearances spanning 31 innings.
