Francisco Mejia will not make Rays

Fantasy Impact:
The Rays designated Mejia for assignment and released him last August but brought him back on a minors deal this winter. He struggled to a .227 average with five homers and a tiny 3.8% BB% in 50 games with the Rays last season.
