Kyle Barraclough signs minor league deal with Rangers

The Rangers signed RHP Kyle Barraclough to a minor league contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Barraclough will start in Triple-A Round Rock. He could pitch as either a starter or reliver for the Rangers depending on how they view him. He made 13 starts in Triple-A last season.
