Jerry Sands got the start in right field, with Lonnie Chisenhall starting on the bench. Sands broke the 2-2 deadlock when he drove in Ryan Raburn in the top of the seventh inning. The 27-year-old has started just five of the last 12 games and is hitting a disappointing .177 AVG since his promotion on Aug 2.
