Jasson Dominguez (elbow) reinstated from IL, optioned to Triple-A

The Yankees have activated Jasson Dominguez (elbow) from the 60-day IL and optioned him to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. (Yankees on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Dominguez needs more at-bats as he works his way back form Tommy John surgery. The 21-year-old has a .358 batting average, with six home runs, and 13 RBI in 21 games through three levels in the Yankees’ system this season.
