Luis Ortiz traded to the Guardians

Luis Ortiz was part of the package traded to the Guardians in exchange for Spencer Horwitz.
Fantasy Impact:
Ortiz will look to be developed by the Guardians organization after showing flashes in Pittsburgh. He'll compete for a spot towards the end of the Guardians starting rotation heading into the season.
