The Nationals signed Shinnosuke Ogasawara to a two-year deal.
Fantasy Impact:
Ogasawara posted a 3.12 ERA last season for the Chunichi Dragons. He'll likely find a spot towards the end of the Nationals starting rotation heading into Opening Day.
