Jonatan Clase nearing Grapefruit League debut

Blue Jays manager John Schneider said Wednesday that Jonatan Clase (hamstring) has been running and could make his Grapefruit League debut by this weekend, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Fantasy Impact:
Clase has been limited early in camp due to a sore hamstring but is making steady progress toward game action. If he remains healthy, the switch-hitting outfielder could push for a spot on the Opening Day roster, especially with Daulton Varsho (shoulder) likely to start the season on the injured list. His speed and defensive versatility could give him an edge in the competition for a bench role.
