Tom Murphy (back) has begun light rehabilitation activities as he recovers from a mid-back disk herniation, according to team updates.
Fantasy Impact:
The veteran catcher is looking at a long rehab road with this back injury and is set to open the 2025 season on the injured list. Murphy’s return date is up in the air, so fantasy managers should tread carefully. He’s a deep-league stash at best, but expect him to miss a chunk of the early season as he works back.
