Fantasy Impact:
After being claimed off waivers by Toronto last September and non-tendered in November, Tate returns on a major league deal. The right-hander brings a career 4.09 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and 170:65 K:BB across 215.2 innings over four MLB seasons. He provides the Blue Jays with an experienced bullpen option who could compete for a middle-relief role this spring.
