Sean Poppen signs minor league deal with Angels

Fantasy Impact:
Poppen tossed 3.2 scoreless innings with the Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos in the Mexican League before signing with the Angels. He last appeared in the majors in 2022 with the Arizona Diamondbacks and has spent time in the minors and Mexican League since.
