Zebby Matthews has been recalled from Triple-A to start Sunday. (Minnesota Twins on X)
Fantasy Impact:
This move was expected after Simeon Woods-Richardson was optioned last week. Matthews has a chance to lock down a spot in the starting rotation if he pitches well, which has been the case in the minors this season. He has a 1.93 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 7 starts in Triple-A.
