Evan Carter has been placed on the 10-day IL due to a right quad strain, retroactive to 5/17. (Texas Rangers PR on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Carter was scratched from Saturday's lineup, but the Rangers had hopes he would be back for Tuesday's game. They have now decided he needs additional time on the IL. Kevin Pillar was activated in a corresponding move.
