The Philadelphia Phillies signed Lucas Sims to a minor league contract on Tuesday (mlb.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Sims posted a 13.86 ERA and 2.27 WHIP over 12.1 innings before being released by the Washington Nationals on May 10. He’ll now join the Phillies organization and report to the FCL Phillies.
