Freddy Tarnok to be called up Sunday

The Marlins will select the contract of RHP Freddy Tarnok from Triple-A Jacksonville on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Tarnok signed a minor league deal with Miami in the offseason. He figures to add pitching depth for the Marlins.
