Mets manager Carlos Mendoza has confirmed that Brett Baty is day-to-day with right groin tightness. Given the Mets' off day Monday, Baty's earliest return would be Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Braves. Should Baty be sidelined, Ronny Mauricio is expected to cover third base.
