Fantasy Impact:
Carlson was sent down at the beginning of this month, but the 26-year-old outfielder has been swinging the bat well since the demotion. At the big-league level, Carlson has a .650 OPS with four homers across 41 games for the Orioles. Luis Vazquez has been optioned in a corresponding move.
