Tigers right-hander Alex Lange (lat) pitched back-to-back games for Triple-A Toledo on Aug. 1 and 2 and will continue his rehab assignment this week. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Lange allowed one run on one hit with one strikeout and no walks across 1 1/3 innings for Toledo last week. The right-hander has had some setbacks in his return from lat surgery, but could factor into the team's bullpen plans down the stretch.
