Freeman will begin his second stint with the Rangers after going 1-for-7 with two strikeouts his first time around. He will provide infield depth for the team while Jake Burger (wrist) and Sam Haggerty (ankle) are dealing with injuries. In a corresponding move, Haggerty was placed on the injured list.
