Chandler, the Pirates' No. 2 prospect, is on his way to the big leagues. The 2021 third-round pick will debut in a long-relief role, as Pittsburgh wants to ease him into big-league action. Across 89 minor league appearances, he has posted a 3.73 ERA and 1.29 WHIP. The Pirates still view him as a future starter.
