Fantasy Impact:
Tinoco, who has been on the injured list with a forearm injury since June 6, is scheduled to undergo surgery in early September after a consultation with Dr. Keith Meister. The procedure could sideline him for the entire 2026 season. He finished this season with a 5.12 ERA and 1.29 WHIP over 19.1 innings.
