Fantasy Impact:
Buehler was demoted to the Red Sox bullpen last week. This week, he has been officially let go. It's safe to say that the gamble the team took on the two-time All-Star this past offseason did not pay off. Buehler struggled to a 5.45 ERA and 1.56 WHIP across 112 1/3 innings with the Red Sox, working mostly as a member of the rotation. It's likely that he catches on with a different club soon.
