Matthew Boyd allowed four earned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out five over six innings in Sunday’s loss to the Rockies.

Boyd has struggled on the mound as of late, giving up 13 earned runs over his last three starts, which is cause for concern for one of the most dominant pitchers in the National League this season.
