The Baltimore Orioles activated Jorge Mateo from the 60-day injured list on Tuesday. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Mateo's initial left elbow injury in June was extended by a couple of months when he strained his left hamstring during a rehab game at Triple-A Norfolk. While recovering from both injuries, he recorded a .318/.262/.432 slash line over 44 minor league at-bats and is now returning to his role as the Orioles' utility man.
