Spencer Arrighetti underwent an MRI on his elbow, which revealed his UCL is intact. He will not require surgery. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Arrighetti is done for the regular season, but there is a slight chance he could return for the postseason. He has not yet started a throwing program.
