Fantasy Impact:
After being sidelined with a left rotator cuff strain since June 11, Ragans will make his return to the big leagues. He posted a 4.35 ERA and a 1.26 WHIP in three minor league rehab starts. He will likely be on a pitch count, given he threw only 56 pitches in his final rehab start. In a corresponding move, Luinder Avila was optioned to Triple-A.
