Payton Tolle moving to bullpen

Tolle has struggled in three starts with the Red Sox this season, posting a 7.84 ERA and 1.65 WHIP across 10.1 innings. He'll be used as a multi-inning arm out of the bullpen. Kyle Harrison will take his spot in the rotation and start on Saturday against the Tampa Bay Rays.
