Lara will get an opportunity to pitch out of the Braves' bullpen despite posting a 7.73 ERA and 1.72 WHIP across 68.2 innings in the minors this season. In corresponding moves, Dane Dunning was optioned to Triple-A and Jonathan Ornelas was designated for assignment.
