Carlos Hernandez re-signs with Guardians on minor league deal

The Cleveland Guardians have re-signed right-hander Carlos Hernández to a minor league contract. Hernández, who was with the Royals for much of 2020-24, joined the Guardians in the second half of 2025. (Aram Leighton)
Fantasy Impact:
Hernández made five appearances for the Guardians last season, allowing three runs in seven innings. For his career, he has a 5.14 ERA across 25 starts and 166 relief appearances.
