The Los Angeles Dodgers are bringing Max Muncy back for 2026, announcing Thursday that they have picked up his $10 million club option. The 35-year-old third baseman posted a .243/.376/.470 slash line with 19 home runs, 67 RBI, and 48 runs scored over 388 regular-season plate appearances in 2025. (Fabian Ardaya)

Fantasy Impact:

Muncy is likely to remain the Dodgers' primary third baseman as the club attempts to win a third consecutive World Series title in 2026. He contributed three home runs and eight runs scored during the Dodgers' 2025 postseason run, which ended in the team winning its second World Series in as many years.
