Brandon Woodruff receives $22.05 million qualifying offer
by Bruno Mulé | Brewers Correspondent | Thu, Nov 6th 4:57pm EST
The Milwaukee Brewers extended a one-year, $22.05 million qualifying offer to Brandon Woodruff (lat) on Thursday. This action follows Woodruff's decision earlier in the week to decline his $20 million mutual option for the 2026 season. (Jeff Passan)
Fantasy Impact:
Woodruff, who suffered a lat injury in late September, is expected to be a full-go for spring training. In 12 starts during the 2025 season, the veteran right-hander logged a 3.20 ERA with an 83:14 K:BB ratio across 64.2 innings. It is possible he will decline the qualifying offer in search of a multi-year deal.
