Kolby Allard elects free agency after outright assignment
by Bruno Mulé | Guardians Correspondent | Fri, Nov 7th 9:47am EST
Kolby Allard was outrighted to Triple-A Columbus by the Cleveland Guardians on Thursday and subsequently elected to become a free agent. Allard pitched primarily out of the bullpen for the Guardians in 2025, often working multiple innings. (Tim Stebbins)
Fantasy Impact:
Allard was very effective in his role with Cleveland, maintaining a 2.63 ERA and 1.20 WHIP across 65.0 frames, accompanied by a 42:14 K:BB ratio. He should find a new opportunity around the league this offseason.
