Roddery Munoz claimed off waivers by Reds

The Cincinnati Reds claimed 25-year-old pitcher Roddery Munoz off waivers from the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday. Munoz gave up 10 earned runs in 11 innings of work with the Cardinals in 2025. (Cincinnati Reds)
Fantasy Impact:
Munoz, who has no minor-league options remaining, must make the Reds' Opening Day roster to keep his 40-man roster spot. While his major league numbers were poor, he posted a 3.28 ERA and 1.33 WHIP through 57.2 frames at Triple-A Memphis last season. The Reds will bring him in to add depth to their pitching staff.
