Gavin Stone is expected to be ready for spring training and undergo a "normal" buildup, according to Los Angeles Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes. The right-hander missed the entire 2025 campaign while recovering from right shoulder surgery. (Jeff Fletcher)

Fantasy Impact:

Stone's surgery involved repairing a full capsule tear along with partial tears of the rotator cuff and labrum, leaving some uncertainty about how his stuff will return. Despite the positive health update, the 27-year-old is likely to begin the 2026 season in the minors due to his long layoff and the Dodgers' rotation depth.
