Bryan De La Cruz signs minor-league deal with Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies signed outfielder Bryan De La Cruz to a minor-league contract on November 6. De La Cruz appeared in 16 games for Atlanta in 2025 but spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the Yankees organization. (MLB.com)

De La Cruz, who turns 29 in December, will provide the Phillies with experienced outfield depth at Triple-A Lehigh Valley. In his 16 games with Atlanta last season, he posted a .453 OPS. For his career, he is a .251/.295/.402 hitter across parts of five big-league seasons.
