Cedric Mullins II signs one-year deal with Rays

Fantasy Impact:
Mullins is expected to earn $7 million in the deal, pending a physical. He returns to the AL East after being traded from the Orioles to the Mets at the deadline last season. He will likely hold a platoon role in the outfield for the Rays.
