Logan O'Hoppe avoids arbitration with Angels
by David Leisering | Angels Correspondent | Fri, Jan 9th 7:43am EST
Logan O'Hoppe and the Angels have avoided arbitration and the catcher will make $2.625 million in 2026. (Jeff Fletcher on X)
Fantasy Impact:
O'Hoppe saw a bit of a regression at the plate in 2025, slashing just .213/.258/.371 in 119 games with the Angels. The catcher did hit 19 home runs and drive in 43 runs, but his 30.8% strikeout rate was a career worst. O'Hoppe will again be the Angels' starting catcher in 2026 and does have 25-home run potential if he can remain healthy.
