Fantasy Impact:
An All-Star in 2024, Houck struggled to an 8.04 ERA in nine starts with the Red Sox last season before elbow trouble ended his season in May. He underwent UCL-repair surgery in mid-August. Houck has a career 3.97 ERA in parts of six major league seasons, all with Boston. The righthander is aiming for a return towards the end of the 2026 season, but he may have to wait until 2027 to rejoin the rotation.
