Sean Reid-Foley has signed a minor league deal with the Atlanta Braves. There is no invitation to major league camp on the righthander's deal. (MLB Trade Rumors on X)

Reid-Foley last pitched in the majors in 2024, posting a 1.66 ERA in 23 games with the Mets. Reid-Foley has pitched parts of seven seasons with the Blue Jays and Mets and has a 4.10 ERA in 131.2 innings. He has an above average 25.6% strikeout rate, but his career walk rate of 14.2% is alarmingly high. Reid-Foley will likely open the season with Triple-A Gwinnett.
