Chad Wallach has agreed to a minor league deal with the Athletics. He'll presumably get an invitation to Spring Training. (MLB Trade Rumors on X)

Wallach, 34, has spent parts of eight seasons at the major league level with the Reds, Marlins, and Angels and sports a .198 batting average across 443 plate appearances. He will likely open the season at Triple-A Las Vegas.
