Hector Neris signs minor league deal with Royals

The Royals signed RHP Héctor Neris to a minor league contract.
Fantasy Impact:
The deal includes an invite to spring training. Neris struggled for the Braves, Angels and Astros last season. He'll compete for a depth role in the Royals bullpen.
