The White Sox have acquired right-handed pitching prospect David Sandlin from the Red Sox. (MLB on Twitter)

Sandlin was acquired alongside veteran right-hander Jordan Hicks in exchange for right-handed prospect Gage Ziehl and a player to be named later. Sandlin, 24, has yet to make his big-league debut and posted a 4.50 ERA in 32 outings (14 starts) between Double-A and Triple-A in the 2025 season.
