Fantasy Impact:

Garcia came up in the Tigers' organization and made his debut in Detroit in 2012 as a 21-year-old. He played sparingly again in 2013 and then finally got an opportunity when Detroit traded him to the White Sox that season. Garcia went on to hit .271 with 74 home runs in six-plus seasons in Chicago. He earned his only All-Star appearance in 2017, ending the year with a .330 average, 18 home runs, and 80 RBI. Garcia hit 20 home runs with the Rays in 2019 and then belted a career-high 29 home runs with Milwaukee in 2021 before injuries derailed his career while a member of the Marlins. He finished with a career .263 average, 140 home runs, and 524 RBI in nearly 4,300 plate appearances at the big league level.
